Antique Recliner/Tilting Chair in New Minas, Nova Scotia

This is a great antique reclining or tilting chair, most likely a precurser to recliners. Comfortable, heavy and sturdy with wooden side arms. This has a wooden mechanism to recline which is achieved by pushing your feet on the floor. When reclined the front chair feet are off the floor (I tried to show this in the photos). To put in upright position you just sit forward. This chair has been recovered in a textured, neutral dark sandy color velour type of material. If you have any questions please contact me.
