2 beautiful bunnies in need of forever homes in New Minas, Nova Scotia

Two beautiful bunnies require forever homes. They are not a bonded pair, so they don't need to go to the same home.

Pepper is black with a white stripe from her forehead to her chin, weighs about 5-6 lbs, and is about 4 years old. She sometimes nips a little, so she wouldn't do well in a home with small children or other pets. She will take a little while to get used to you, but once she does she's a sweet bunny to have. She loves to snuggle with you on the couch and be petted, sometimes for hours on end! :)

Ginger is tan with a white belly, weighs about 4-4.5 lbs, and is about 10 months old. She is not fixed, and was a rescue bunny from the SPCA. She is very friendly, and has never bit us... however, she's full of energy, and might get into things she shouldn't if left unattended. She likes to be held and petted, but won't sit still long enough for a long snuggle! :)

Each bunny will come with her own 20" x 40" litter box; Pepper's does not have the cage part on top, because we have laminate floors that she doesn't like so she doesn't come out on her own. Ginger's does have a removable cage part with two top openings. They also each have their own water bottle, food dish, and wooden house. We also have large bags of litter and food left that we will split between the two of them, the only thing you will have to get is a bag of hay (can be found at any pet store).

Both bunnies are indoor rabbits, however we built an outdoor pen for them that they take turns spending time in for periods of time throughout the day. They love to eat dandelion leaves and clover, so don't worry about weeding your gardens too quickly! :)

Preference would be given to someone that has had rabbits before, or a good family who will love them as much as we do. It is with heavy hearts that we post this ad, as we really do not want to see them go... however, we have some unexpected circumstances happening in our home that we feel it would be better for them to find new families to live with. Delivery is possible in the Valley, even as far as Halifax, as we are down there fairly often.

PLEASE keep in mind... these are family members to us, not food for your reptile. We are looking for the right family to love them and treat them right.
